Studio Manager Opportunities

Role of the Manager/Vice Manager

This role is to manage the studio from the front end all the way through the back end. You are the main point of contact for anything related to that particular studio whether it be a client or staff query.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and action F45 Training Member administration, including but not limited to; emails, phone calls, face-to-face interactions with clients, customer service;
  • Attending meetings where required and take minutes;
  • Using online database ‘MindBody’ to facilitate all
  • Membership enquiries and on- going requests, manage class schedules and generate reports as requested by Directors;
  • Creating and managing F45 Training Studio rosters and contractor invoicing;
  • Ordering and maintaining stock, stationery and equipment;
  • Photocopying and printing various documents when necessary;
  • Generating leads and distributing marketing collateral within the local community;
  • Run F45 Training Classes to the best of your ability
  • Follow all guidelines in the employee operations manual
  • Facilitating work and social events as instructed by the Directors.
  • Manage Social Media Accounts


Trial Process

  1. Phone interview 
  2. Arrange first trial in studio Trial with Manager
  3. Offer feedback and set up second trial with a different manager
  4. Offer feedback and set up final trial with Area Manager
  5. Manager positions have a final interview with Head Office, all other positions go straight to step 6
  6. If successful in trials you can begin the onboarding process
